Finally a plumber who delivers customer service, promptness, and expertise…all at the same time! Bobby Jones had his people on my problem in an hour and fixed in less than that. I would ramble on if I wrote everything down but suffice to say polite, prompt, and good on his word. Just the way it used to be. Bobby and his crew did a great job replacing our entire septic system. True professionals. The response time from getting and estimate to finishing the work was great. It did take a while, and several requests, for Bobby to follow up on a few things after the job was completed. Otherwise, the service was excellent.

I just want to thank Bobby Jones and his team for great service. (I looked up plumbers on google). I called him on a Friday and he told me he wouldn’t be able to come until Monday. I was hoping it wasn’t going to be one of those cases where someone said they would be there and then not show up. He texted me to let me know his team was on the way to my father’s house. He called me while they were there and when they left. I was so impressed with the professionalism and service. Having someone that provides a service and does it when they say they are going to is truly a huge plus for me. Thank you!!!!

We had been having septic issues for a while thanks to a huge tree on our distribution box, Bobby came out himself to remove the tree so we could salvage some of our pipes! They also finished the job in two days!! I can not recommend them enough!!

I have to give major kudos to Bobby. It seems to be very hard to get anyone in the building trades to respond to inquiries or requests for estimates. I understand everyone is busy, including Bobby, but he took the time to respond and come look at our water mitigation issue. He provided his expertise and advice, a couple of options, and once decided upon, completed the work over just a couple of days two weeks later. While not a huge commercial job, it was important to me that it get done to prevent future damage to the property. Bobby was pleasant, responsive, and professional. While I can’t testify – yet – to the impact of the project (given no heavy rainfall since, thankfully!), I believe the work will accomplish the job. It looks nice, was completed on time, and included a few additional items, while still coming in within the estimated price. I look forward to working with Bobby for future projects related to this initial step towards effective and long-term water mitigation.

I reached out to Mr. Jones after a few folks recommended him to me. Right off the bat, he was respectful and kind and willing to listen to what I had going on. My problem was minor compared to others so it wasn’t something emergent or something that needed to be expedited, however I had vacation quickly approaching and he made time to fit me in and sent his guys to my house to get me taken care of so it would be one less worry before my vacation. His guys that did the work in my bathroom shower were respectful and nice, as they knew I work from home. They didn’t bother me a bit and got the job done quickly and made sure everything was in working order before they left. Bobby also did a wonderful job being transparent about price prior to sending anyone out, which I really appreciated and respected!! Definitely love when there are no surprises when it comes to cost. Would for sure use him and his guys again in the future for any of our plumbing needs!

I approached Mr. Jones regarding storm water drainage issues I was having on my property, and when he came out to assess the problem he was spot on in identifying exactly where the water was flowing through my yard and ponding. Mr. Jones provided a detailed plan on how he and his team would address the drainage issues, provided a start and end date to complete the project, as well as a fair and reasonable estimate to complete the project. Mr. Jones and his team not only met, but exceeded my expectations as they delivered on everything and then some. Pick Bobby Jones! Polite, professional, prompt; He’s the real deal. Our main line got stopped up Thanksgiving week and Roto Rooter said it needed excavating. When the professionals get stuck, they recommend Bobby! They were right, but I should have called Bobby first and saved some money. He came out on his own time to get it running again, on a holiday! Talk about saving the day! He quickly assessed what was wrong, got to work, and had us running FAST when two other contractors said it would take them 2 weeks+ to get to us.
